Best way to prep for CCM Exam!
This book (and the accompanying website and resources) are really ALL you need to study/prepare for this exam. It is comprehensive and current (the latest edition includes the ACA changes). Case management is mostly experienced based, but this book helps "fill in the gaps" and focuses on definitions, etc.
Deanna Cooper Gillingham is so professional, and personal (she even responded to an email I sent her personally, welcoming to her support team).
I took the advice of many colleagues (who passed their exam on the first attempt) to invest in this book alone... and they were right! You won't be disappointed! -

This book was very easy to read. There is a study guide included that you print out and fill in the blanks. All I had to do was read the book, fill in the study guide and then review the guide a couple more times and I was ready to take the exam. The exam was 180 questions and not easy but the book made it easy. I passed the exam the first time and it only took me about 2 hours to get through the questions although they give you 3 hours. Highly recommend this book!
