Love the Hard Cover !
I am so glad that I bought the hard cover of the DSM. Many of my friends in counseling classes have the soft cover of the DSM and their books are ripped or bent from using it so much. If you are going into a helping profession (counseling, psychology, etc) and will be using it a lot, I would recommend a hard cover!
