Must Have Study Resource
I am currently preparing to take my FNP boards and have found this text extremely useful. It is well organized, easy to read, and seems complete. There is also a code in the cover to access an online portion with practice questions and flash cards.
Excellent Board Prep
This was one of several tools I used to prepare for the ANCC FNP board exam - which I passed on the first attempt. I used a Fitzgerald prep course, did some BoardVitals.com questions, and this. This was, in my opinion, the most helpful tool. I felt the exam questions were much like the ones presented in this review, and the lessons/clinical pearl features were excellent. Also, the helpful hints/tips on test taking were golden. I can't recommend this enough!
