Best book ever
Everyone laughs when I tell them how this is the best book I've ever bought. I'm not kidding, if you do any sort of critical care work (ground or air transport, ICU, sick med-surg patients etc) you should definitely buy this book. The fact that you get the full, searchable version on inkling is amazing. I use this to look up all sorts of crazy patient conditions in flight, double-check medications or treatment plans, and just to get laughs. The author is SO good at making difficult concepts very easy to understand. A few of my coworkers have bought this as well. Buy the paper version to read, then install the Ebook version to use as a reference while working. I cannot recommend this book enough.

Content excelllent! Paper quality worse.
Physical quality of the book has gone down. Paper is like cheap magazine paper now, you can see through the pages. I possess an older copy of the book (same exact book, just bought when it first came out) and when compared side-by-side the copy I just got the older copy is at least 1/4 inch thicker. The pages of the older copy are nice and thick like the old Netters book. Otherwise, no complaints.
