I purchased the spiral 2023 code book and discovered that the pages in the middle of the book are not in order so I also can’t tell if any pages are missing

2023 Electric Code Book
I like the spiral bound format. But without email confirmation I wondered if I'd been ripped off. It's pretty standard these days.
